About Our Project

For this engagement we paired our PPC optimizations with a deep dive into organic ranking performance across different markets. Using Data Dive’s rank-heatmap visualizations, we tracked how key search terms performed and then aligned listing and backend keyword updates to lift positions in Amazon’s organic results.

Optimisation Process

We began with extensive keyword research using Data Dive, Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics. Next, we mapped out where our competitors were ranking strongly and identified the gaps in our own performance. Those insights revealed exactly which search terms were driving their sales. We then updated our listing content—titles, bullet points and backend keywords—to include these high-value terms in a natural way. Finally, we launched focused PPC campaigns against those priority keywords, adjusting match types and bids to maximise efficiency.

Results

Our integrated SEO + PPC approach drove a clear shift in the sales mix toward organic sales, allowing us to spend less on advertising while sustaining growth. By boosting organic visibility for high-value keywords and then dialing back bids on lower-ROI terms, we managed to lower overall TACoS.

Conclusion

By taking a data-driven approach to campaign optimization we achieved rapid, measurable gains. These results underscore how disciplined budget allocation, bid management, SEO optimization and ongoing performance monitoring can transform an underperforming account into a high-return growth engine.
