About Our Project

In this engagement we took over an underperforming Amazon account and leveraged Sellerboard’s analytics to drive measurable improvements across every key metric. Our goal was to reduce wasted ad spend, increase net profit and lower TACoS by refocusing budget on high-return keywords and tightening campaign structures.

Optimisation Process

First, we conducted a deep dive into performance data to identify underperforming campaigns and wasted impressions. We reallocated spend to proven, high-conversion search terms, implemented negative keyword lists and adjusted bids dynamically based on revenue per click method. Throughout the project, we maintained full transparency with weekly reports, using Sellerboard charts to benchmark progress.

Results

As a result of our systematic approach we reduced total ad spend by nearly 20 percent while increasing net profit by over 40 percent. At the same time we improved TACoS by 30 percent, within 5 weeks. These outcomes demonstrate how data-driven optimizations and disciplined campaign management can unlock sustainable growth and profitability.
